Following in the footsteps of fellow ‘Jabardasth’ star Sudigali Sudheer, Getup Sreenu is also stepping into the role of a leading actor on the big screen.
His upcoming movie “Raju Yadav” was originally set to release today (May 17th) but got pushed to May 24th due to the closure of some single-screen theaters in Telangana.
The postponement of “Raju Yadav” by a week has both positive and negative aspects for the Jabardasth star who aims to make a mark in the box office.
The good news is that with single screens closed in Telangana, even a well-received movie might struggle to earn good collections. So, postponing the release gives the film a better chance to succeed starting from May 24th.
However, the bad news is that on May 25th, there’s another big movie releasing, and on May 31st, there are several more films hitting the screens. These include movies starring more established actors like Vishwaksen, Sudheer Babu, Anand Devarakonda, and Kajal.
The question remains whether Getup Sreenu can handle the competition from these more popular actors.
