YCP Cadres Disheartened Over Rushikonda Palace and Furniture Issue

Following their significant defeat in the recent elections, two issues have been particularly disheartening for YCP cadres: the controversial Rushikonda Palace and the government furniture used by former CM Jagan. The furniture, purchased with state funds during his tenure, is now being utilized for personal purposes at his camp office, prompting a strong reaction from the government.

The Andhra Pradesh government, through its General Administrative Department (GAD), has officially written to Jagan regarding the furniture. The GAD emphasized that Jagan should return the furniture immediately, as it was purchased using public funds and should not be used for personal activities.

While the YCP has argued that they are willing to settle any outstanding payments for the furniture if invoices are provided, the new government remains steadfast in its demand for the return of the government property without delay.
