The government went to the high court to challenge CAT’s decision to lift ABV’s suspension, but the court rejected their attempt. This means Venkateswara Rao is supposed to be reinstated.
The latest update is that the Andhra Pradesh government has reinstated AB Venkateswara Rao and given him an official position as AP Printing and Stationery Deputy General.
However, coincidentally, AB Venkateswara Rao is retiring today as his tenure is ending. He will retire later today after being reinstated to his position.
