Now that the YSR Congress isn’t in charge anymore, the AP CID is taking action against the old alcohol rules.
CID officers are searching the house of Vasudeva Reddy, who was in charge of the AP Beverages Department. His house is in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad.
They say Vasudeva Reddy might have been making bad alcohol during Jagan’s time as CM. For a while, the TDP and Janasena have been saying Vasudeva Reddy was making a lot of money from alcohol for Jagan.
Officials are asking Vasudeva Reddy about how they sold alcohol brands. They’re asking about new companies that popped up and if they sold fake alcohol.
It’s kind of funny because the same tactics used against Chandrababu Naidu for a skill scam are now being used to look into the fake alcohol problem that some YCP leaders might be involved in.
