Chandrababu Keeps Important Roles

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has assigned various ministries to his Cabinet members but has chosen to keep several crucial departments under his direct control.

It is believed that Naidu made a wise decision by retaining key areas such as general administration, allowing him to oversee ministers, leaders, and top officials more closely than if he had delegated these responsibilities. This move is seen as a way to maintain effective governance and accountability.

In the Home department, Naidu has specifically retained oversight of the law and order wing, giving him direct control over the state’s police force. Other responsibilities within the Home Ministry have been assigned to Vangalapudi Anitha. This strategy mirrors decisions made by past Chief Ministers, including late YS Rajasekhara Reddy and Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, who similarly kept control over law and order while delegating other aspects of the Home Ministry.

Additionally, Naidu has opted to oversee legislative affairs personally, a move praised by political analysts for ensuring his direct involvement in state matters.
