Actress Kangana Ranaut, who is also a newly elected BJP MP, says she was slapped by a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) constable at Chandigarh International Airport.
The incident happened in the airport’s security area as Ranaut was getting ready to fly to Delhi for an NDA MPs meeting. The constable, Kulwinder Kaur, supposedly slapped Ranaut after a routine security check. Kaur said Ranaut had made disrespectful comments about women from Punjab during the recent farmers’ protest, but the details of these alleged comments are unclear.
Kangana has strongly criticized what happened and plans to file a complaint with the Ministry of Home Affairs. She also talked about her experience on social media, sharing a video where she expressed how shocked and upset she was about the attack. However, she reassured everyone, saying, “I’m safe and okay.”

The argument has caused a lot of talk on social media. Many people are supporting Kangana and asking for the constable to be punished.
