BRS party’s Banswada MLA and former Assembly speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy met Telangana CM Revanth Reddy today in Hyderabad. They met at Srinivas Reddy’s house, drawing attention from political circles.
There are rumors that Pocharam may switch allegiance and join the Congress party soon. Sources indicate several BRS MLAs are considering switching sides, and during the meeting, CM Revanth reportedly invited Pocharam to join Congress.
Revanth Reddy was accompanied by Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy during the meeting. Earlier, BRS MLAs Tellam Venkat Rao, Danam Nagender, and Kadiam Srihari had already joined Congress ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.
If Pocharam also joins Congress, it could pave the way for more elected representatives to follow suit.
