Prudhvi Raj, known for his dialogues and actions, is in the news again. Despite his recent involvement with Janasena party’s success in the elections, a Vijayawada Court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against him.
In 2017, Prudhvi agreed to pay ₹8 lakhs monthly as alimony to his ex-wife Srilakshmi after their divorce, given his substantial monthly earnings of nearly ₹30 lakhs. However, he stopped paying and failed to appear in court when Srilakshmi filed another case against him. As a result, the Vijayawada Family Court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant.
Meanwhile, Prudhvi is actively involved in Janasena Party and has campaigned vigorously during the 2024 general election, hoping for an important role within the party.
