Kamal Haasan mentioned he’s accustomed to ordinary-looking people achieving extraordinary feats, much like his mentor Balachandar. Regarding Nag Ashwin, the veteran actor described him as a man of few words but possessing a great idea and the ability to present it well.

“I wasn’t surprised. I never underestimate these seemingly ordinary individuals. They often have hidden depths that emerge when you engage with them. Great ideas shine when presented effectively, and Nagi knew how to do that,” Kamal Haasan remarked. “I always wanted to portray a ‘bad man’ because they get to do good things and have fun. In Kalki 2898 AD, I play more of a wise character with a mischievous idea.”

It’s evident that Kamal Haasan enjoyed his role, and audiences will be intrigued to see how it unfolds on the big screen.
