In exactly 10 days, on June 4th, Andhra Pradesh will be in a state of high tension as the votes are counted. The counting process will start early in the morning, and we’ll begin to see initial trends based on the postal ballots.
First, they’ll count the postal ballots, which might take longer this time because there were a record-breaking 5.4 lakh postal votes in AP this year. So, it might take a bit more time to see the early trends.
After the postal ballots, they’ll count the votes from the electronic voting machines (EVMs) right away. By around noon, we might have an idea of who will be forming the government in AP.
Everyone is eagerly waiting for June 4th to see the outcome of the election. There’s also a lot of betting happening, with some leaning towards the TDP+ alliance as the slight favorite to win.
