The luxurious ‘Rushikonda Palace’ in Andhra Pradesh, constructed discreetly by the previous government with a hefty expenditure, has captured national attention since NDA alliance local leaders revealed its interior visuals.

Quickly becoming a focal point in political circles, the palace has stirred controversy for its lavishness at the expense of public funds.

National media has been fascinated by the opulent property, highlighting its luxurious amenities, high-quality furnishings, and grand interiors.

In a surprising turn, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu received a substantial offer for the palace from none other than infamous conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, currently incarcerated in Tihar.

Sukesh, known for his involvement in financial fraud cases and frequent letter-writing from jail, reportedly penned a letter to CM Naidu. In it, he proposed purchasing the Rushikonda palace at 20% above its market value without further consultation.

Claiming a personal connection to Vizag through his grandmother’s heritage and multiple visits to the city, Sukesh urged the CM to consider his offer or explore leasing options for the property. He emphasized that he faces allegations but no charges have been proven against him.

While the authenticity of Sukesh Chandrasekhar’s letter remains uncertain, the news has gone viral across major Telugu media platforms. As of now, the government has not issued any response on this matter.
