Right now, two songs have hit the music scene. One is from the movie , Phuspa 2 directed by Sukumar and starring Allu Arjun, and the other is from Bharateeyudu 2, directed by Shankar and starring Kamal Haasan. People have been talking about these songs.
In Pushpa 2’s song called “#Sooseki,” which is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, many like the catchy dance steps and Shreya Ghosal’s beautiful voice. However, some feel the music lacks energy. They hope that once they see the full video, they might start liking it more, as sometimes happens with songs.
However, Bharateeyudu 2’s song “Chengaluva” is not getting much praise. It’s composed by Anirudh for the movie starring Kamal Haasan and directed by S Shankar. Normally, Shankar’s movies have hit songs, but for some reason, the songs from Bharateeyudu 2 and the first single from Game Changer haven’t excited music lovers.
It seems like the composers are under a lot of pressure and struggling to come up with fresh ideas. It’ll take some time to see how people really feel about these songs.
